Electronic Records Week — information booths
Tuesday, Oct. 11 and Wednesday, Oct. 12, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., University Hall Atrium, and Thursday, Oct. 13, 1st Choice Savings Centre, outside track area, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
What’s the best way to manage email? How should electronic documents be named? Staff from the U of L records management office have tips and guides for managing electronic information so it’s accessible years down the road.

Lunch & Learn — University Hall Architecture Walking Tour
Thursday, Oct. 13, noon to 1 p.m., University Hall, E690
Mike Perry, U of L archivist, will lead a walking tour of University Hall, a building designed by Arthur Erickson to blend in with its coulee surroundings. Perry will share some of the architectural highlights of the acclaimed structure.

Book launch — Guerrilla Aesthetics: Art, Memory and the West German Urban Guerrilla

Dr. Kimberly Mair, a sociology professor, will discuss her new book as part of the gallery’s Articulation series.

10th annual Chinook Symposium for Chemistry & Biochemistry
