Naato'saaki (Sunwoman) Annette Fox-BruisedHead (BSc ’00, BEd ’02, MEd ’10) has made a lasting impact at the University of Lethbridge through her work as an Indigenous Education Consultant and sessional instructor with the Faculty of Education. With nearly 25 years of experience in southern Alberta schools — as a teacher, central office administrator and now as principal of Lethbridge Collegiate Institute — she is known for fostering collaboration, deepening understanding and building meaningful connections across communities.

The collection features nearly 200 books, with 31 unique titles and multiple copies of each to support group or class study. The titles are all by Indigenous authors and the entire collection was sourced from Indigenous-owned businesses.
