University Hall Emergency Power System Upgrade: Elevator B Closed for Construction on Wednesday, January 24, 2018

All,

Please be informed University Hall Section B elevator will be closed for construction at 8:00am to 4:30pm on Wednesday, 24, 2018.

Persons requiring elevator access from University Hall level 4 to University Hall levels 5, 6, or 7 are asked to use to the main elevators located in University Centre for the Arts building. Way finding signage will be posted.

Condolence Notice — Jessie Snow

The University of Lethbridge extends its sincere condolences to the family and friends of Jessie Snow (BASc (BA) ’71, BEd ’72, DipEd ’81), who passed away Jan. 9 at the age of 97.

Born in Niagara Falls, Ont., Snow moved to a ranch just outside Milk River with her husband, Jay, after the Second World War. She was a strong advocate for the U of L to be located on the west side and was a founding member of the U of L Senate, serving until 1974.
