EndNote Part 1: Basics Workshop online via Zoom | March 8

EndNote is citation management software which can help you manage, organize and use your research literature. It integrates with Microsoft Word (and selected other word processing software) so that you can "cite-while-you-write" using your choice of citation styles. EndNote is available for both Windows and Mac computers. We will be using the latest version in the Windows/PC environment with Microsoft Word.

Condolence Notice — Lloyd Hickman

The University of Lethbridge was saddened to hear of the passing of Lloyd Hickman and extends its sincere condolences to his friends and family. Hickman passed away on Feb. 16 after a brief illness at the age of 75.

After a full career with the RCMP in locales across the country, Hickman and his family made Lethbridge their home in 1992. He retired in 2003 and became active with a number of local organizations, including serving on the U of L Senate from 2002 to 2008. A community-minded man through and through, Hickman received a Key to the City of Lethbridge for his service.

UHD ventilation shutdown

On Monday, February 22, at 9 a.m., ventilation will be shutdown to some areas in University Hall section D levels 5-8 to provide modifications to the existing system.

This hands-on workshop walks participants through the process of creating a 3D object with Tinkercad. Students attending this workshop will receive credit on their MyExperience Transcript. In this workshop, participants will learn:
