On Monday, April 26 from 8 to 10 a.m., central ITS will be performing necessary system maintenance and security patches on our core library proxy server. Access to all licensed databases and articles will be unavailable during this time.

The Summon discovery service will not be affected, but access to the licensed resources will not be available within the Summon interface.

We apologize for the inconvenience, however, this important work will ensure the future stability and security of our systems and services.

The University of Lethbridge extends its heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and former colleagues of Mary Wood, who passed away on Monday, April 19 at the age of 86.

The University Facilities department will be performing a shutdown of the Science Commons building on Wednesday April 28, between 6am and 2pm.

The University of Lethbridge extends its sincere condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Dr. Wayne Edwards, who passed away on Tuesday, April 13 at the age of 66 due to complications from COVID-19.

Born in Trinidad, Edwards, a physician, and his family immigrated to Nova Scotia in the mid-1990s. In 2003, the family relocated to Lethbridge where Edwards initially practiced at the Bigelow Fowler Clinic South. He later opened a private clinic and his practice included working at the U of L’s Health Centre.
