ARRTI Speaker Series - Dr. James Bullard

The Alberta RNA Research and Training Institute presents Dr. James Bullard, associate professor in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. His talk is titled "Aminoacyl tRNA synthetases from Pseudomonas aeruginosa as platforms for discovery of antibacterial agents and development of a natural protein synthesis system".

ARRTI Speaker Series - Dr. Jacob Thundathil

The Alberta RNA Research and Training Institute presents Dr. Jacob Thundathil, professor in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Associate Dean, Graduate Education at the University of Calgary. His talk is titled "The sodium pump and regulation of sperm function."

The ARRTI Speaker Series is open to the public and was established to bring leading researchers to the University of Lethbridge for lectures on a broad range of topics relating to RNA research.

Indigenous Families Roving Gyms

Roving Gyms are FREE, inclusive, indoor play spaces for children aged five and under and their parents or caregivers.

The Roving Gyms program encourages physical literacy and allows families and children to connect while having a great time playing!

This special event is for urban indigenous families. Regular programming will resume this fall!
