Library Games Night! | January 25; 6:30 – 10 p.m.

The University Library will be hosting its Library Games Night and you are invited! The GEEK Club (www.facebook.com/groups/uleth.geek) will also be here!

Students, staff, and faculty are welcome to join us for game-playing of all kinds: boards, cards, and video! Students challenge your professors, professors challenge your students!

Library Services Desk Updates: Single Entrance/Exit & Service Desk Reoriented

The Library has been busy making some changes to the services desk over the seasonal break.

The first thing you will notice when entering the University Library is that we have moved to a single entrance/exit. The former “enter only” doors will now let you leave the Library as well. The “exit only” doors are only accessible to university departments.

Library's Sunday Hours Change

Starting Sunday, January 13, 2019, the University Library’s regular Sunday hours will shift to noon to 8 p.m. from the previous 1 to 9 p.m.

Extended Sunday hours (starting March 31, 2019) will remain 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Library Intersession Hours: December 17, 2018 to January 6, 2019

During the intersession period between the fall and spring semesters (December 17, 2018 – January 6, 2019), the Library's hours are as follows:

  • December 17: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • December 18 – 21: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • December 22 – January 1: CLOSED
  • January 2 – 4: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • January 5 – 6: CLOSED

Library Stress-Free Zone: December 7 to 16, 2018

Feeling stressed? Need a study break? Come to the Library's Stress-Free Zone. Relax, enjoy free coffee and snacks, play a game, watch a movie, or just chill out!

What else will you find: colouring books, the Lego table, and new games and puzzles! We hope to see you there!
