During the Spring Term Break, the Library's hours of operation are as follows:

• Sunday (16): 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.
• Monday (17): CLOSED [Family Day]
• Tuesday to Friday (18 to 21): 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The University Service Portal has been scheduled for an upgrade and will be unavailable starting from 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 31, 2020 to 8:00 p.m. on Feb. 2, 2020

2019 Scheduled Building Hours during Holiday Break

University Holiday Closure Notice - December 2019

Student Affairs (Registrar’s Office, Enrolment Services, Counselling and Career Services, Accommodated Learning Centre, Scholarships and Student Finance, Health Centre and Iikaisskini Indigenous Gathering Place ) will be closed from 1:15 to 4:30pm on Friday, December 20th, 2019. 

The Arts and Science Advising office will have no advising on Thursday, January 16th for transcript review.

The office will remain open for document pick-up and drop-off from 9:30am-11:15am and 12:45pm-3:30pm.

The Arts and Science Advising office will have no advising on Tuesday, January 14th for the completion of Grad Checks and Program Planning guides.

The Arts and Science Advising office will have extended hours during the first week of classes in January until the end of the Add/Drop period.
