During the Spring Term Break (February 15 to 19), the Library's services hours are as follows:

• Monday (15): CLOSED (Family Day)
• Tuesday to Friday (16 to 19): 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Anderson Hall pick-up location and Online Assistance Services)

The Spring 2021 semester is approaching, and we wanted to provide you with some updates about the University Library’s services and spaces.

STUDY SPACE

The Library Information Network Centre (LINC), which includes the University Library remains closed to general access. The University Library continues to work with campus stakeholders to provide access to the facility that is equitable and safe for all members of the University Community.

Please be advised that the Cash Office will be closed from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 18. 

*Payments can be made through online banking & cheques can be deposited in the night deposit box at the East end of the Cash Office counters.

*Messages left at cash.office@uleth.ca or 403-329-2469 will be returned as soon as possible.

*Please refer to the Cash Office Website for further payment information.

The University Library’s Anderson Hall and live Online Assistance services will be closed from December 20, 2020 to January 10, 2021.

ANDERSON HALL REQUEST/PICK-UP/RETURN SERVICES

Retrieval of University Library resources will be suspended at 12 p.m. on Friday, December 18 and any requests after that will not be filled until Monday, January 11.

The Library’s Anderson Hall pick-up and return location will close at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 19. Any resources not collected at that time will be available at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 11.

ONLINE ASSISTANCE

During the Fall Term Break (November 9 to 13), the Library's service hours (Anderson Hall pick-up location and Online Assistance) are as follows:

Cash Office will be closed from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, November 6

The University Library's Ask Us and Anderson Hall (AH176) pick-up and return services, will not be available on Thanksgiving Day (October 12). We are back online and in Anderson Hall on Tuesday, October 13 at 10 a.m.

• Friday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Live chat services will not be available on Sunday or holidays.
