What is this notice about?
The University Service Portal has been scheduled for an upgrade and will require an outage to complete the process.
When will this happen?
The University Service Portal will be unavailable starting from 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 31, 2020, to 8:00 p.m. on Feb. 2, 2020.
Who will be affected and how?
Any University faculty, staff or student who use the University Service Portal to report issues or request services from IT Services will be affected. Please email help@uleth.ca if assistance is needed during the outage window and your issue or request will be processed Monday morning during regular business hours. Users will also be unable to view system statuses and/or access articles in the knowledge base.
Why is this happening?
This is a requirement to provide an enhanced user experience via the University Service Portal.
