Identifying, producing and purifying lncRNAs to visualize their functionally active 3D structures
Dr. Marco Marcia from the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) in Grenoble, France, is the guest speaker for this seminar.
Dr. Marcia graduated with a PhD in biochemistry from the Max Planck Institute of Biophysics in Germany and completed postdoctoral studies at Yale. Since 2014, he has been an Independent Group Leader at EMBL Grenoble. His group is interested in characterizing long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) structures and their functional and medical implications.
