Honduran teenager Sayra is reunited with her father, and with him sets out to escape to America. But their encounter with a young Mexican gang member on the run changes the course of events. (Mexico-U.S.A.. In Spanish with English subtitles)

This film is about the French Vichy government’s round-up and deportation of 13,000 Jews in July of 1942, and is based on true events. It follows the internment, and unlikely escape of two young boys.

Written and directed by Rose Bosch, it won “Best Narrative” at the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival in 2011.
