Modern Languages Film: The Roundup (Bosch, 2010)

This film is about the French Vichy government’s round-up and deportation of 13,000 Jews in July of 1942, and is based on true events. It follows the internment, and unlikely escape of two young boys.

Written and directed by Rose Bosch, it won “Best Narrative” at the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival in 2011.
