Defer non-essential travel to West Maui affected by wildfires. Severe infrastructure and property damage has been reported. Many roads are closed to traffic except for emergency services and evacuees.
From November 20-24, Safety Services will be conducting respirator fit testing for employees and students. This will cover N95 masks, half-face and full-face respirator masks, and SCBA’s.
The City of Lethbridge Fire Department (LFD) in collaboration with Safety Services will be conducting inspections of the University campus on December 5, 6, and 7, 2023.
