Celebrating Bill Cade

After 10 years, Dr. Bill Cade is stepping down as president and vice-chancellor of the University of Lethbridge.

The University of Lethbridge will host a dinner on Thursday, June 10 to recognize Bill and Elsa Cade for their years of service to the University and broader community.

Cade led the University of Lethbridge through the most unprecedented growth in its history with a steadfast commitment to ensuring that the
U of L remains a people-first institution and true to its roots - a university that is grounded in liberal education and committed to providing its students with the most vital and engaging learning environment in Canada.

Together, Cade and his wife Elsa have formed the presidential couple of the University of Lethbridge. Elsa Cade has been an outstanding advocate, supporter, donor, booster, friend and representative of the University for the last 10 years and was recently honoured as a Senate Volunteer Award recipient.

This will be an evening of celebration and gratitude to Bill and Elsa for their years of service and commitment to the University of Lethbridge and education in Alberta.
