Indigenous Wellness Wednesday

Join us on Wednesday Oct. 22 for an Indigenous Wellness Wednesday hosted by the Indigenous Mental Health Coordinator with Iikaisskini Indigenous Services. 

The theme is Brushes and Balance. Find time and space to paint, relax, re-balance and gather together. 
Light refreshments will be provided.

Everyone is invited to drop in to the Iikaisskini (Low Horn) Gathering Centre (W650).
