Whether you 're grappling with a challenging essay, wrestling with complex concepts or just looking for a motivating space to buckle down and study, our Study Circle is the perfect space for you. We encourage and welcome self-identified Indigenous students to utilize this safe and inclusive space!

W524 Asbestos floor tile removal

Please be advised between February 26, 2024 to February 28, 2024 contractors will be performing asbestos removal in W524 and W524A in the UCA building. A containment will be set up at the location. There will be no admittance into any of these spaces during this time. This work is being completed to accommodate upcoming renovations in the area.

The ethic of time: Indigenous oral histories of sport in an age of reconciliation

I spent the first 15 years of my academic career doing mostly archival and oral history research into Indigenous sport in Canada. During that time I collected nearly 50 oral interviews with Indigenous men and women talking about the place of sport in their lives — what sports they did, where they learned to play, what those experiences meant to them, what sport has given them, and what it's taken away.
