Call for Papers - Philosophy Department 2017 Undergraduate Conference - March 4, 2017

Good morning,

The Philosophy Department will be hosting their 3rd Philosophy Department
Undergraduate Conference on March 4, 2017.

The department is inviting high-quality submissions for the one-day conference.  Papers may be on any philosophical subject, and may include work originally written for other purposes.  Papers will be blind-refereed with notices of acceptance sent out by late January.  Submissions should
be suitable for a twenty-minute presentation, with a word limit of 3000 words.  All are welcome to attend.

SU020 Power and Data

On November 7, a contractor will starting a 3 day project to install new power and data outlets in the Health Centre - Room SU020. This work will result in the temporary deactivation of two electrical circuits in the Health Centre and will involve some ladder work within SU020 and in the adjacent hallway.

Markin Hall Millwork Installation

On November 9, a contractor will be installing millwork in the Markin Hall Atrium directly beside the Donor Wall. This installation will involve some hammer drilling into the existing masonry wall which will be noisy and disruptive for short durations.
