Condolence Notice — Rose Primachuk

The University of Lethbridge extends its sincere condolences to the family and friends of Rose Primachuk, who passed away on Aug. 26 at the age of 89.

Primachuk was a long-serving employee of the U of L. After a 21-year career with the City of Lethbridge, she began working at the U of L in 1970. In 1973, she moved to Campus Planning where she was executive secretary to the vice-president until her retirement in 1990.

Arts & Science Student Program Advisors will be available for drop-in visits all day on Tuesday, September 3 to assist students with registration, course planning, and other academic related questions. Drop-in hours will be 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Needed: School Supplies for Interfaith Food Bank's School Program

The Interfaith Food Bank School program provides school supplies to students from low-income families. The program encourages contributions from the community so all children are equipped with the supplies required for learning. The Interfaith Food Bank has requested the below supplies with lunch kits being their greatest need. In addition to shopping for these school supplies please look through your home office for new items on the below list that you will not use and consider donating them to this program.
