Please be advised that the south corridor of UCA level 7 and 8, as well as the W748 area will have ventilation shutdown, December 17th-19th to accommodate installation of a new dust collector. During this time these areas will be closed to public. See attached drawings. If you have any questions/concerns please contact Greg at 403-380-1891.

Student Affairs (Registrar’s Office, Enrolment Services, Counselling and Career Services, Accommodated Learning Centre, Scholarships and Student Finance, Health Centre and Iikaisskini Indigenous Gathering Place ) will be closed from 1:15 to 4:30pm on Friday, December 20th, 2019. 

The Arts and Science Advising office will have no advising on Thursday, January 16th for transcript review.

The office will remain open for document pick-up and drop-off from 9:30am-11:15am and 12:45pm-3:30pm.

The Arts and Science Advising office will have extended hours during the first week of classes in January until the end of the Add/Drop period.

The University is pleased to offer employees in continuing or term academic and non-academic positions the opportunity to opt into the Universal Transit Pass (UPass) program again for the Spring 2020 term.

There will be NO power to CCBN during a breaker upgrade on December 20th, 2:00 - 4:00pm.

During the intersession period between the fall and spring semesters (December 16, 2019 to January 5, 2020), the Library's hours are as follows:

Tue 10th – 1 to 3 p.m.
Wed 18th – Office closing at 2 p.m.
Tue 24th – Office closing at 12 p.m.
Wed 25th - Wed 1st – Office closed for Holidays

Starting on January 2, 2020, motorists will adhere to a 30 km/h limit on campus. University crews will begin installing signs in late December in preparation for the change.
