A Taste of Bronze: Lost Wax Method
January 17 - February 9, 2020

Location: W840, Centre for the Arts

Course Fee: $400 plus tax*

Experience the art of lost wax bronze casting using the modern casting facilities in the Department of Art at the University of Lethbridge. In this very hands-on course you will take your ideas from wax to bronze and experience all stages in the casting process. Registrants will finish with a patinated, cast bronze piece to take home.

No previous casting experience is required. Shop materials included with course fee.

Friday, January 17 | 6 - 9 pm

Friday, January 24 | 6 - 9 pm

Friday, January 31 | 6 - 9 pm

Friday, February 7 | 6 - 9 pm

Saturday, February 8 | 9 am - 5 pm

Sunday, February 9 | 9 am - noon

This course is subject to cancellation if minimum enrolment is not met.

Minimum age is 18 years old.

*First two pounds of bronze included in course fee. An additional charge of $18 per finished pound of bronze applied thereafter.
