IMPORTANT * PLEASE READ!
Starting on September 20, 2021, audience members 12 years and older attending an event in any venue at the uLethbridge Centre for the Arts will be required to either show proof they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or proof that they have tested negative for COVID-19 within 72 hours prior to attending their event. Event attendees will be asked to show this proof prior to entering any venue. Attendees who cannot provide this attestation will be refused entry and no refund will be issued. Venues include University Theatre, University Recital Hall and David Spinks Theatre.

This recital includes a series of works written for the combination of saxophones and electronics, including the use of loop station and pre-recorded materials. Featuring works by Russoniello, Abbott, Liang, ter Veldhuis and Stephenson.

Chee Meng Low enjoys a diverse career as a conductor, educator, administrator, and performing on saxophone as an orchestral, chamber, and solo musician. Chee Meng is Assistant Professor of Music and Director of Wind Orchestra at the University of Lethbridge, where he conducts the Wind Orchestra, teaches saxophone performance, conducting and musicianship skills. He is also involved with the Edmonton Saxophone Quartet, U of L Faculty Wind Sextet, Symphonic Winds of NSO Malaysia, and has performed as a soloist, chamber musician and guest conduct in North America, Europe and Asia. Chee Meng Low is an artist-educator for Yamaha Music Ltd.
