Details:

April 2020 catapulted many into a mandatory remote work environment that some companies (and their workers) did not desire nor were they ready for. Overnight challenges surfaced with equipment, technology, policies, security, privacy, processes, standards and even business protocols – all of it needing immediate attention.

Fast forward to 2023 and here we are living in the new hybrid world.

Join Kim Glenn, a seasoned HR professional, to learn about some of the successes she has seen, as well as the ongoing workplace challenges companies are facing today. During her talk, she will explore the winners and benefactors of the hybrid world but also importantly, those who are losing out.

Program:

  • 5:30 p.m.  |  Networking Reception (in person)
  • 6:00 p.m.  |  Dinner (in person)
  • 7:15 p.m.  | Keynote
