Alberta-Pacific Forest Industries Inc. (Al-Pac) values the importance of education and has partnered with the Metis Nation of Alberta Region 1 to make this scholarship available to eligible Region 1 students. The purpose of the Metis Nation of Alberta Region 1 Scholarship is to encourage and assist students in Region 1 to seek opportunities and to realize their post-secondary educational goals. The scholarship will be awarded based on combination of academic achievement and community involvement.

Eligibility:
- Metis Nation of Alberta Region 1 students who have been fully accepted into or are returning to full-time studies at an accredited post-secondary institution.
- Confirmation of Metis Nation of Alberta Membership and proof of Region 1 residency
