This scholarship is awarded in memory of Delia Gray. She had began her second term as Provincial Elder and Advisor to the President and Vice President of the MNA, when she humbly passed away on November 2, 1999. We wish to honour Mrs. Gray and her contributions to our communities by awarding scholarships to students pursuing a post-secondary education. The scholarship is open to all Indigenous students, with a preference given to Metis students who are enrolled in a post-secondary training program.
