ESS presents The Student Speaker Colloquium Series

The English Students Society presents The Student Speaker Colloquium Series on Friday, April 1st (2:00 - 4:00 p.m.) in C-610 (University Hall).  This colloquium series will feature academic papers by Chris Cormack (on the Gothic abject) and Blair Yoxall (on conceptualizations of race inspired by feminism).

There will also be other creative work showcased:  Prof. Ian McAdam will get the event cracking with his own poetry; Katie Doerksen will read her newly minted Gothic short story; and Samuel Cromwell will read his original poetry as well.

The 11th Annual Headshave for Cancer is set for Wednesday March 30th, 2016 at the University Hall Atrium. This event runs 9 AM until 2 PM, and all proceeds raised during the event will go to the Canadian Cancer Society.
