Intergenerational transmission of stress triggers: How childhood conditions, social, and wealth factors impact life cycle development and reproduction

Multiple lines of evidence point to the importance of early life conditions on  health status. How do we explain this phenomenon and to what  degree are the effects of poor early life conditions passed on to the next generation? This talk will address these questions and discuss research that tests alternative hypotheses for the intergenerational transmission of stress triggers.
