Library Headcounts: October 19 to 25

From Sunday, October 19th to Saturday, October 25th, student assistants (you may see them with clipboards) will be performing headcounts in the Library. The counts are to determine how many people are in the Library spaces and computer resources in use during the designated count times. No other information is being collected.

Distinguished Alumni & Guests Speaker Series - Dr. Clint Wutzke

The Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education presents a Distinguished Alumni & Guests Speaker Series event featuring University of Lethbridge alumnus Dr. Clint Wutzke (BA '03) of the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington, DC.

Dr. Wutzke, Polytrauma/Traumatic Brain Injury Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, will present The Journey Starts With a Single Step: Rehabilitation science, clinical biomechanics, and academia on Friday, Oct. 10 at 3 p.m. in PE264.

Pre-departure International Travel Risk Management Orientations for Fall 2014 semester

University of Lethbridge students traveling abroad in conjunction to University sponsorship- activities funded by UofL or involve academic work for credit, are required to attend a pre-departure orientation prior to their departure.

The pre departure orientation covers UofL policy and procedures in relation to international travel and provides resources on how you can protect your health, safety and security abroad. Although the orientation is designed for students on exchange, practicum, and co-op opportunities, it is an orientation open to all University travellers.

World Polio Day

The Rotary Clubs of Lethbridge and the University of Lethbridge Rotaract Club are working together to host a walk to raise awereness and funds towards ending polio. This walk will be leaving from CASA in downtown Lethbridge and will go to City Hall. Once there, there will be various speakers and refreshments available.
