Service Update: Research and Technology Assistance Desks Combined in Library

In the past, patrons went to two different desks to get assistance for research or technology.

Starting Monday, February 27, patrons needing assistance with technology issues (e.g., BridgeBucks, printing, scanning, etc.) can now get that help from the Peer Assisted Technology Support Students (PATSS) at the Information and Research Assistance Desk (IRAD). Research support services will remain at that desk.

Regular hours of operation for the services are as follows:

Monday–Thursday
• Research Desk: 9 a.m.–8 p.m.
• PATSS: 11 a.m.–11 p.m.
