NOW HIRING, ZOO PUB MANAGER
The University of Lethbridge Students’ Union is looking for a full-time Food and Beverage Manager. This position requires a minimum of 35 hours per week. However, some weekend and evening hours are required.
Reporting directly to the Students’ Union General Manager, the areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of the Students' Union food service areas including the Zoo Pub and Restaurant and the banquet facilities.
- Coordinating catered events and ballroom bookings for clubs, conferences, weddings, etc.
- Supervising student events and cabarets.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter, team player and be flexible to work in a student-driven environment. Strong communication skills and restaurant experience is essential as well as familiarity with AGLC regulations. Food safety certification and ProServe are also required.
Starting salary is $40,000 plus benefits
