Horns Recreation is looking to fill a position in the Customer Service Centre.
This position’s primary duties and responsibilities include membership and locker sales, program registrations, cash reconciliation, first responder to first aid situations, and other duties as required. Physical responsibilities include event setup, light cleaning, and laundry.
Horns Recreation Staff are the vital link between our customers and the facilities. These positions require individuals to have excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills, as well as a willingness to learn. It would be beneficial to have an understanding of Horns Recreation programs, services, and memberships.
The Customer Service Centre is the switchboard for all non-specific inbound calls to campus – so comfort on the phone and the ability to think fast and problem solve are important skills.
