Free access to new Proactive Life Management System

Dr. Paige Pope, a health promotion researcher from the University of Lethbridge, and Dr. Daren Heyland, a critical care doctor and founder of Plan Well Guide, are now recruiting participants for a study testing, The Preparedness for the Future Program: A novel proactive life management system.

The study will take place over a 12-month period and participants will have free access to the program throughout the duration of the study.

For many, New Years is a time to reflect and set new goals to achieve a healthy lifestyle. The program was created to help people reach their goals, increase life satisfaction, attain better health and be more proactive by teaching them a new system of behaviour change. Here’s just a taste of what else you'll learn in this special program: 

•    30+ life topics to increase life satisfaction, longevity and aging preparedness (ex: healthy eating, sleep, positive mind set)

•    Strategies to give your mind a “reboot” of how to approach change and goal setting in a sustainable manner

•    Approaches to uncover your deepest sources of motivation

•    Education, tools and resources to enhance your behaviour change process

•    How succumbing to the traditional ways of goal setting may set you up for FAILURE
