ART NOW - Kevin Kelly Speaks November 14th, 2014 at Noon

This event is from the archives of The Notice Board. The event has already taken place and the information contained in this post may no longer be relevant or accurate.

Kevin Kelly is an art professor at the University of Manitoba. His comical works are both ridiculous and erotic. He will present his new animation pieces that focus on Bangalore, Beijing, Montreal, and Winnipeg. These high strung psycho tropes promise a future of kinetic monuments and structures.  Although he was trained primarily as a painter his work takes form in a broad range of media. He studied at the U of Lethbridge, The U of Victoria, at The Jan Van Eyck Akademie in Holland and at Rutgers University, New Jersey.  He is currently doing a series of animations and paintings based on diverse cities throughout BRICS countries and in Canada. He has had over one hundred shows both nationally and internationally.
