Due to overwhelming demand, the federal application portal is open again for a limited time only, for those who did not get a chance to apply.
Whatever your level is in French this program will help you become more fluent. The only cost is the flight and you do not have to go to Québec if you prefer staying closer. http://www.myexplore.ca/en/
