Hour of Code is

a one-hour introduction to computer science. It occurs during Computer Science Education Week every year across the globe. The intent of this event is to expose anyone to the opportunity to learn how to create technology.

This year there are 97, 813 events registers and 2,779 of them are here in Canada.

The Hour of Code is full of activities that require no experience!

Drop by UHall Atrium between 1:00 – 3:00 on December 5th

Here’s what we’ll have there for you to interact with:

  • PCs & Macs with hundreds of self-guided coding tutorials
  • OSBots & Little Bits (aka robots)
  • Lulzbot Mini 3D Printer
