Lea Bucknell is a Kamloops-based artist who has a history of creating site-specific projects. Her practice explores the potential of intervention and engagement with landscapes with a focus on the individual’s self-awareness in varying contexts. Lea received her MFA from Western University and is currently working in the Visual Arts Department at Thompson Rivers University. 

View Bucknell’s work in the group exhibition The Midnight Sun Camera Obscura Project, at the University of Lethbridge Art Gallery until October 20, 2016.  Opening reception is September 15, 4 – 6 pm, Main Gallery.
