Did you know that the Students' Union Food Bank is open to all students on campus! Students are eligible for food hampers that include one week's worth of food, with both individual and family size hampers available. Over the last year, the students' usage of the food bank has increased over 300% which lends to the case of the student struggle in today's economic climate. It is through fundraisers such as this that we fund the food bank as well as many other student services. We are asking for a minimum five dollar donation for the BBQ, which will include a burger or hot dog, pop and chips. The car wash itself will be charged by donation. This year's Food Bank Fundraiser Car Wash is organized by the University of Lethbridge Students' Union in partnership with Murray Chevrolet.
Come give your ride a rinse down while we feed you some good grub for a great cause :)
