Active U: TGIF Barre

One of our most popular group fitness classes is joining our ACTIVE U programming!  Barre is a workout that is inspired by elements of ballet, yoga and pilates which focuses on low impact exercises with light weights and bands focusing on lots of repetitions and pulses. It is a blend of stretching, strengthening, balance, flexibility and core conditioning that targets the hips, glutes and abdominals. Please note: This FREE event is exclusively for current ULethbridge Students, Staff, and One Pass Members. Don't wait to register!
