The Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs (SACPA) presents a special evening session examining the ongoing trade dispute between Canada and the United States.
Elbows Up, Elbows Down? Donald Trump and the future of Canada
Prime Minister Mark Carney was elected on a platform of standing up to Donald Trump, after the U.S. president adopted sweeping tariffs and threatened to make Canada the “51st state”. When do the elbows come back up?
