The University of Lethbridge Career Fair is coming up on Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026, and we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly student volunteers to help make it a success!

Responsibilities may include:

• Pre-fair opportunities
• Support the execution of the ULeth Career Fair.
• Welcome and assist employers in transporting their booth materials from vehicles to their tables.
• Assist with event set-up and tear-down, registration/check-in, guiding attendees, and helping employers with booth logistics.
• Greet attending students at the entrance of the event.
• Verify registrations and direct participants around the venue.
• Distribute merchandise and Career Fair materials to attending students.
• Track attendance for the event.
• Provide guidance, answer event-related questions, and refer to organizers as needed.
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude with employers, staff and other students at the event.
