Moderator: Martha Mathurin-Moe
A seminar on discrimination, trauma and health outcomes and the ways of prevention and recovery.
We will touch upon:
(i) discrimination as a social determinant of health that causes stress and trauma
(ii) what is trauma and how it can lead to health effects
(iii) the ways to recover and heal from trauma.
