The ITS Solutions Centre will be closed from 1:45 to 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 to attend the IT Services Town Hall.
During the Spring Term Break (Feb. 19 to 23), the Library's staffed hours are as follows:

IT Services, located in Turcotte Hall TH218, is changing its walk-up service hours to Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 11:55 a.m. & 1 to 4:20 p.m. for the summer. The office will be closed from noon to 1 p.m.
The Library's summer hours start on Monday, May 6 and are as follows:
The Library will be closed on Monday, May 20 for Victoria Day. Normal summer semester hours will precede and follow this day.

The University Library will be closed in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on September 30.
The Library will be closed on Monday, October 14 for Thanksgiving.
On October 18, 2024, Human Resources will be closed all day for an office meeting/planning day.
During the Fall Term Break (Nov. 11–15), the Library's staffed hours are as follows:
Human Resources will be closed from noon to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 3 for an office meeting
Walk-up counter service will be closed from noon to 1 p.m. from Monday, Dec. 16 to Tuesday, Dec. 24 and phone service hours will be changed to 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for Dec. 23 & 24 only.
