The Office of Research and Innovation Services invites the U of L research community to attend a virtual town hall with the President of SSHRC, Dr. Ted Hewitt.

Dr. Hewitt will discuss SSHRC’s strategic plan, Momentum: SSHRC’s Strategic Plan 2020 to 2022, and the role of SSHRC research in helping society navigate uncertain times. He will also give an update on SSHRC programs and key priorities (e.g., Indigenous research and EDI). He will also field questions from our researchers. For example, what issues are top of mind for you? How can SSHRC do better?

Time: 1 to 2 p.m.
