An account of what was learned about city finances and financial oversight during eight years of service on Lethbridge City Council.

Chris Spearman was a Lethbridge resident from 1981 to 2022. He had more than 40 years of business experience, including 33 years as manager of Accounting and Administration at the Black Velvet Distilling Company in Lethbridge. Chris served for 18 years on the Holy Spirit School Board and eight years as the mayor of Lethbridge.
