The Centre of Feminist Research & Drama Department invite students to a special screening of Paul B. Preciado’s Orlando, My Political Biography.
Wednesday, Nov. 26 | 6:30 p.m.
Location: W420 (Drama Studio)
Taking inspiration from Virginia Woolf’s Orlando: A Biography, Preciado transforms the novel’s meditation on gender into a vivid, collective portrait. Featuring more than twenty trans and nonbinary participants embodying Orlando, the film blends personal essay, historical reflection and political manifesto. It’s both an homage and a bold continuation—an invitation to imagine identity as fluid, embodied and revolutionary.

This free event is presented in conjunction with the Drama Department’s upcoming Mainstage production of Sarah Ruhl's stage adaptation of Orlando, running March 5-7 and 12-14, 2026.
