Based on the biography of writer Reinaldo Arenas. This impressionistic film recounts Reinaldo’s emergence in Castro’s Cuba, where his homosexuality and political writing made him a target of the regime, leading to prison and eventual escape to America. In English and Spanish with English subtitles.
