Exam Anxiety Workshop Series

This 4 session workshop series will provide students with specific tools and strategies to manage exam anxiety.

If anxiety negatively impacts your academic performance, please consider attending. The sessions will provide you with knowledge, skills and tools that will benefit you both during your university years and after you begin your career. This workshop starts on Thursday, February 28th at 3:00 p.m. and will be held every Thursday at 3:00 p.m. for the next 3 weeks.

You will be registering to attend all 4 sessions (February 28, March 7, 14, 21). Each session is 50 minutes.
