ART NOW - Collin Zipp Speaks October 17th, 2014 at Noon

This event is from the archives of The Notice Board. The event has already taken place and the information contained in this post may no longer be relevant or accurate.

ONE NIGHT STAND is a nomadic contemporary art gallery exhibiting a wide range of artists. Exhibitions are open to the public and are on display for one night only. Not having a fixed address allows ONE NIGHT STAND to disseminate contemporary art to the public in an experimental and improvised way.

A multidisciplinary artist and programmer from Winnipeg MB, Collin Zipp obtained his BFA from the University of Manitoba’s School of Art and his MFA from the University of Lethbridge. Zipp’s art practice explores notions of viewer expectation, the role of the art object and its positioning within the gallery space. He is currently the Director of Programming at PLATFORM centre for photographic and digital arts and is also founder of the nomadic exhibition series ONE NIGHT STAND.
