ART NOW - Claöd Idia Speaks October 29th, 2014 at Noon

This event is from the archives of The Notice Board. The event has already taken place and the information contained in this post may no longer be relevant or accurate.

Claöd Idia simulates deviant behaviour though subtle/mostly unnoticeable means. She practices public moulting, grows beasts in the fault lines of infrastructural failures, and belongs to the Left Out club of Southern Alberta (LOCO-SA). She has exhibited locally, rationally, and inter-rationally in prestigious Tart institutions including the Insomniac Maniacal Wonder Gym of Transcona and the Lethargy of Alabama Llama Mama in the state of Apathy. She has published thousands of individual letters and characters including A, B, C, D, and DD. Her solo exhibitionism, Transcending the Guggenheimen in 2015, will receive an OrderfromCanada after her sentencing is complete, since she is being committed (and is committed, so she claims), to full-time inspirational motivation.

In this talk, Claöd will outline her role as co-founder and co-CEO of the successful startup company AmCor®* established in partnership with Amy Modahl, PhB.

“At AmCor®, our focus on Human Lie Detection and technological advancements in blind contour drawing techniques to read and analyze micro-expressions, underlines the fact that human beings are rapidly replacing machines. Facial Recognition software, as utilized by Facebook, the FBI and the HG* are no match for AmCor’s® advanced Deception Detection Training Program (DDTP) which utilizes a specialized Mendacious Coding System (MCS)*** through our patented Visual Taxonomy Technology (VTT) and Interpersonal Suspicion Theory (IST).”

* AmCor’s®  is a leader in the Deceptology industry, employing artists around the globe, detecting terrorism, eco-extremists and advanced environmentalists.
