Determining which strategies and platforms to use to reach specific audiences with precise messages in a world of 24/7 connectivity demands an understanding of the innovations being brought into the communications space.
Join Paul Oss as he shares his experience as a top communications professional in the demanding world of government public affairs. Hear about the role that innovation and technology are playing in communications and how to apply those same approaches and skills to support your own communications strategies. Paul will share a number of case studies that showcase the tools used to create actionable content, influence marketing strategies, track engagement and perform crisis management in a public sector environment.
About Paul Oss
Paul Oss is a senior communications professional with expertise in the areas of media relations, issues management, strategic communications planning, social media, advertising and internal communications. He is a member of the Canadian Public Relations Society and currently works as a Public Affairs Officer with the Government of Alberta.

The inaugural season features a highly engaging set of lectures and workshops that showcases industry experts with a track record of innovation and entrepreneurship across a range of sectors, including agribusiness and agri-tech, energy, small and family-owned businesses, and public service.
With events offered at the University of Lethbridge’s Calgary and Lethbridge campuses, AGILITY program participants will have the opportunity to learn from renowned business leaders about industry innovations as well as how to start and grow successful businesses. The series will permit discussion through an open dialogue with industry leaders.
